Was pleased with last month although I fell a little short of my goal.
Let's try again:
500 minutes AND 500 reps OR MORE!!!

4/1: 20 Reps
4/2: 10 -- It was cold outside but I'm glad I did it.
4/3: 16 Made myself do it.
4/4: 16
4/5: 10
4/6: 0
Weekly total 72 minutes, 20 Reps.
Not a lot, but not bad considering this was all just exercise I "fit in" when I had a few minutes each day.

Weekly total: 79 Minutes. These 0 days are chalked up to chaos and sick, and recovering family members.

I notice that less and less members are posting their fitness minutes. I like this as a monthly challenge, I find it keeps me accountable to get the minutes pledged. Mail me your feelings on the challenge if you would like something else.

How many minutes are you going to pledge for the first full month of Spring. There is more opportunity for outdoor activity now. Is this going to effect the minutes that you pledge?
