I am still rehabbing a back injury so I'm not going to set a goal other than doing everything I can do get back into the gym and working out again.

I will count some of the time I spend working (I clean swimming pools and it's VERY physical) as well as my M.A.T. rehab session (they are very intense and physically challenging)
