I pledge at least 1500 in Sept as I will be starting back at the gym,kids back to school/college and i really need to see that scale and measurements going in th edownward direction again.
Any tips or sugestions to get them moving in the right direction again would be appreciated.

I really need to get back on track. I am going to pledge 4000 minutes. I have not been doing much since mom has moved in. Although I have been moving with moving her in, going through storage and moving boxes and still doing heavy cleaning and yard work. I really want to get back to planned exercise and heavy yard work.

Summer is unofficially over this weekend. It will not be official until 9/21. How many minutes are you going to pledge this month to your fitness? Some ideas for fall fitness are hiking, bike riding, walking, geocaching and you can still be working in the gardens. How about picking apples. emoticon
