This is week 4 I did this one so it isn't as creative as week 3. It has a combination of exercise, nutrition and motivation. I hope you like this challenge. Tell me your thoughts.

P -WED ___ Park in the farthest spot from the door and walk to your destination. How far? I don't drive but to make up for it I got off the bus a stop earlier and walked, about 900 feet!

09-18 P -WED emoticon Park in the farthest spot from the door and walk to your destination. How far? I walked 1 mile to the grocery store downtown and then back! Didn't need much and it fit in my backpack. The extra weight while walking is actually good to strengthen my bones.
