From what I have been reading on blogs, and on on team message boards a lot of sparkers have gotten away from the habit of tracking their nutrition over the summer. With the holidays coming I thought it would be a good time to challenge everyone to get back into the habit. From October 1-8 just track your food everyday. Don't worry about staying in ranges. Just come to the thread and mark if you tracked or not. For everday that you tracked you get 5 points. If you track all 7 days, you earn a bonus of 5 points.-----------------------------------
-----For October 9-16 you have to track everyday and stay within your calorie range. You get the same points and bonus for doing all 7 days.-------------------------------------
---For October 17-24 you have to stay within your carbohydrate & calorie range. Same point system. -------------------------------For the rest of October you must stay within all your ranges. Now you will earn 10 points each day with a 10 point bonus if you completed all 7 days. If you completed all 31 days and stayed within your ranges take a 100 point bonus.---------------------------Spark goodies will be awarded.
