Love y'alls adaptation of this! That it using a group! this is awesome, too. YOu can post here as a group, OR post here for your buddy, or simply post to your buddies page.

Whichever you do, please do track for the goal of using a buddy, whether it was one or a group of buddies. My concern: if it is group, some one could easily be dropped.

I'd like to encourage you (for next week) to choose one person for a day, hold them accountable for 5 days and then decide to challenge another. This way, the spark spreads like a wild fire as each one challenges someone else.

Sorry, I missed while away for a family wedding.

I did great! Made it through yesterday, and so far so good! I'll be going to bed within an hour or so, so I should make it through today too!!! :-)

Christa - no sugar for me of any kind yesterday (or so far today). Only fresh fruit and veggies. And we even got coffee at the coffee-gelato shop. But I admit I fed the dog his calcium pill today (lemon flavored chewable) that I have to bite in half first and I thought oh, I should take one of those but then said - no it is the sugar not the calcium you want!!! So I didn't.
