You two are doing great! This is the idea....when you are finished, log that you completed the challthisnge on the team goal. Then you can challenge someone else right away or take a break. I've found it helpful to take a few days break in between and challenge about 3 people a month....but that's just me....everyone's different. Today I have to work 8-5 which is awful because I'm a secretary. That means a lot of sitting around and talking on the phone. But after work I am meeting with my trainer (I call him Yoda) and he is putting me through a tough workout. Then I am debating on going to a Zumba class afterward. I can't decide though because that's a lot of working out in one day. There is a half hour between training and Zumba, so I'd have a bit of rest time.

As for food, I'm going with boiled eggs, turkey bacon, and whole wheat blueberry waffles for dinner. For breakfast and lunch I use a product called RVL (pronounced reveal) by a company called MonaVie. I love it and it keeps my macronutrients in check without a whole ton of calories!

Congrats on that third mile! And no mindless snacking! As long as you keep it in your mind, you'll know that you don't actually need those snacks and you'll do great!

Ok, yesterday (4/1) I had a huge migraine and stayed in bed pretty much all morning. Toward afternoon, it got a little better so I got up and went grocery shopping for the week (got sooo much produce, yay!) and realized at around 5pm that I hadn't eaten all day and my blood sugar was really low (I sound like a wreck, don't I?). I'm very proud to say that I stayed within my nutritional ranges even though I was sooo hungry. No exercise yesterday.

Today - I'm off work for the week to be home with my daughter for Spring Break and I'm worried that I'll do something stupid like snack mindlessly (thus, all the yummy fruits/veggies). I got her off to day camp and I did a Leslie Sansone walking dvd, and even added an extra mile (usually 2, but today I went for 3!).

So far, this week is off to a fabulous start!

What are you getting into today?

We're challenging each other to keep our goals for the five days. Mine are to get my workout in daily, eat correctly, and to do my daily workout goals. We're here to encourage each other and keep each other on track!
