Day 4 was successful. All goals were met except my calorie goal, as planned.

Today... every goal will be met. I'll be back to report at the end of the day.

I'm liking your goals, Laura. Although you are going to simmer down on the exercise, at least you are still in the game.

I love your "veggies with every meal" goal. Nice! I typically consume lots of vegetables and fruit, however, due to a serious tooth issue I've been dealing with for a couple of weeks now, I've had to cut way back. I can barely chew meat. Oooh the agony. My dentist appointment is in a few days. I can't wait. Ouch!

My goals:

1) No eating after 9 p.m. - 4/5
2) Veggies with every meal - 5/5
3) "Breathe" thru each choice (led by Holy Spirit to promote well being and peace💜) - 5/5
4) 30 min. Fitness - 4/5

...:::visited chiropractor today... so must not overdo exercise this next week. emoticon
