Sorry to hear about your mom. I hope she heals speedily.

Track, track, track - I'm a faithful tracker... everyday, everything. I love it! I don't trust my calorie judgement without it. Cheers to us - food trackers!

All in all, we are ready for 2019! Congrats Emma on your consistency.

My mom fell 2 days ago, and I've been ministering to her. This different touch and go schedule made it very hard to get on my fitness minutes, but what amazed me was that I tracked all of my food and stayed in my cal. range!

Life's going to happen, but we are rebounders! emoticon

Day 4 was very good as all goals were met!

Day 5 is ending okay. I fell asleep and woke up at 8:50pm. I ran to the kitchen to grab food and soooo. I ended up eating after 9pm. The good thing is that my end of the day cals are low due to my nap.
