Well, the jig is up - in other words, this round of U-Challenge is done. emoticon

Day 5 was a bit bumpy. Unexpectedly, my husband and I had to go out at shop for a new tv last night and did not get home til a little after 8pm. By the time we got it all set up, codes input, this and that, it was a little after 9pm. I flopped down on the couch and started eating dinner around that time. The good thing is that I only ate what I'd planned to eat and nothing more. Yay!

Overall, Day 5 was okay - kinda. emoticon

Day 4 was okay. I stopped eating at 9pm and I did not eat any wedges/fries, however, it was the day I'd planned to do the Daniel Fast and, well, it went okay, but I could have done better as it pertains to food choices.

Today is another Daniel Fast day for me. I'll be back to give the final report later on tonight.

You are doing so well!

Cannot believe I stayed in my cal range on Superbowl Sunday! Lol! ...proves to me that I am making progress. Still praying for a treadmill... that way my family's schedule can go any which way and I won't miss fitness. emoticon emoticon

Today is a winning day for sure! ....hope to carve time out for fitness.

Way to go, Laura, with the food portions. That truly makes for a better outcome.

I've been a little slow to respond during this round, but, things are going good.

Day two was successful as was Day three. My calorie total for both days wasn't where I'd hoped to end the day, but, overall, they were both good days. All intended goals were met. I am sooo thankful I have the "9pm stop eating" goal in place... whew! Calorie saver, for sure.

Day 3 has been great! ...truly great! one drawback was an ongoing headache off/on which prevented me from fitness.


But I am thankful I really have a handle on food portions. emoticon emoticon

For this round of U-Challenge, I will succeed at the following goals:

1 - no eating after 9pm - 5/5
2 - no fries/wedges - 5/5
3 - do the Daniel Fast - 2/5
4 - on 2/1, while at the work event, make a concentrated, diligent & extra effort to eat mindfully
