Day 4 was another good one! All goals were met.

I'm sorry I'm just now coming to this page and seeing your note. So how did the program go? I hope everything went exceptionally good. Let me know please.

Day 4 was a challenge but I conquered any excuse to put off a goal.
Felt so powerful to just do it! emoticon

Appreciate your prayers for tomorrow. I gave rehearsals throughout the morning...then program in the afternoon. My students are excited yet nervous. emoticon

And I commit to carving out time to complete a WIN on day 5. emoticon

October goals are as follows:

1) no eating after 9pm, 4/5
2) 8 cups of water, 5/5
3) increase prayer time, 5/5
4) no fries/wedges, 4/5

1. 30 min fitness daily 5/5
2. social media is a last priority 5/5
3. minimal "sweets" 5/5
4. loads of veggie 5/5
