Day 5 was good except for fitness... which is a great indicator of where I need breakthrough in my lifestyle choices.

I know I can do better and I will! emoticon

I'm proud of you for being mindful of the goals you were able to meet and letting go of the ones you weren't able to meet. emoticon

I need all the accountability I can get thru the end of the year. emoticon

Day 5 is done. How did it go for you?

Day 5 was not the best for me. I traveled to VA to see my family and things became a little topsy-turvy, as you can imagine.

Unfortunately, Jesus and I did not come together til much later in the day, so that goal was not met. I drank 8 cups of water instead of 9, goal not met. I stopped eating around 8:50pm... goal met!

Good job on Day 4, Laura!

Day 4 was not good for me, for good reason. I traveled most of the day and did not get to my destination til after 10pm. I did not meet my water goal (drank 8 cups) and I did not meet my 9pm no more food goal.

I'll be back to report on today, Day 5.

I too did my best (still failed to meet my fitness minute goal) ...but life happens. My eldest daughter became sick. So plans changed...
I'm bound and determined to complete my fitness goal today.... truly believe it it s a spiritual breakthrough I need in my life. emoticon

Day three is done. My Jesus and water goals were met, but, I did not meet my 9pm, end eating goal. I was chowing down til about 9:30pm, unfortunately. I was extremely busy today and barely had time to eat until around 9pm.

...except y DH & my daughter hit sick today, and my fitness plan deflated. emoticon
We planned on a local park... and my treadmill is in the room with my DH.
