Well... the unexpected happened and my 3 attempts to exercise failed. (scratching my head)

Otherwise, Day 4 was very focused and my other goals were met.

1) Jesus time first, 5/5
2) no eating after 9pm, 5/5
3) 20 boy push-ups daily, 5/5
