Okay, I tweaked my SparkPage for April - not an overhaul, 'cause I like a lot of what's there, so I'm gonna give myself 38 points.

March and April bonus challenge points


Wear your ped daily..let's earn those step points! 5000 steps...50 points, 7500 steps, 75 points, 10000 steps 100 points, 12000 steps 125 points, 15000 steps 150 points, 17000 steps 175 points, 20000 steps 200 points, every 1000 steps over 20000 steps= 30 points each! Woot!

Park as far from entrance as you can..at work, shopping..etc. 25 points daily :)

Tv time= move time..walk in place, hula hoop, crunches..etc. every little bit counts...50 points

Turn up the music and just dance! 20 points per song! Woot!

Wall squats! YouTube for correct form. Hold as long as you can! 30 points!

Calf raises! 10 points for every 50!

Plié squats 10 points for every 25!

Burpees...earn 2 points for each!

Print this out..take a screen shot...whatever works for you!

Let's push ourselves even harder this month. Spring is here and we all know that swimsuit season is just around the corner! We don't need luck...just our daily motivation and determination to meet our goals ;). Under photos there will be bonus fitness calendars. Choose 1 or several to do each day :)
