Hi team! May! Yay!
We are entering swimsuit season! WOWZA! Time to get ready to strut that suit! :) so much like last May we are going to take a picture of ourselves in our bathing suit the first of May. Pin it up on the fridge, mirror, desk...wherever it will be seen and a reminder of your goal this month. Earn 200 points! I am NOT asking you to post it on spark this time around! That is just a personal reminder! But....yup..you knew it was coming didn't you!?!? Get in your workout outfit...yoga pants...tank..shorts...something that is kinda tighter fitting so you will be able to notice the change...and snap a photo! Post it on spark page...200 points! (may1st). Then on May 31st...repeat! 200 more points! Woot!

Cardio daily
Strength daily...alternate those muscle groups
Push ups. Any and all variety...do 10 earn 10 pts no limit
Pull ups. Assisted or not...you go!! Do 10 and earn 10 pts. No limit
Planks. Any and all variety. Do 10 and earn 10 pts...no limit
Wacky jacks...YouTube these
Tricep kickbacks...seated or not
Wear your pedometer
Eat breakfast
Take your multi vitamin
Drink 64 oz of water
Comment on others blog...no limit..10 points each!
Post a positive note on another's page...no limit..yup 10 pts each!
Smile and skip...I can't skip without a smile...can you? :)
Walk backwards...be careful!
Hula hoop
Take a 5 minute break for you

Once again change up your page for May and earn 50points. Change your profile picture daily for an easy 5 pts

Kettle bell hot potato. 1 minute= 20 points. No limit

Exercise while watching tv...5 points per minute

Focus on something in your diet or exercise plan that needs tweaking...no soda...walk further...etc. 30 points daily

Get outside and enjoy the weather. 50 points...sunblock. 30 points:)

Invite a friend to walk/jog...50 points
