The Daily drill... 10 points each unless otherwise stated
Daily cardio...get out there and move...30 minutes a day..walk, swim, jog...you decide. 30 points
H2O. We need it..drink 8 glasses a day.
Strength training...great for the body alternate upper and lower body and get some in each day. Know your limits..be safe.
Yoga..not my favorite but wonderful for the mind and body..get in 5 minutes.
Calf raises...any and all variety...can do these anytime
Dance..at least one song a day. Play your fav song or turn on the radio..does not matter...just dance it out. 20 points
Nutrition...log every thing that goes in that mouth. Whether it is here at spark, a food journal, whatever it is that works and holds you accountable...use it. :) it really is key. 30 points
Bicycle crunches...25 a day ..

Your weekend... 25 pts each

The Daily drill... 10 points each unless otherwise stated
Daily cardio...get out there and move...30 minutes a day..walk, swim, jog...you decide. 30 points
H2O. We need it..drink 8 glasses a day.
Strength training...great for the body alternate upper and lower body and get some in each day. Know your limits..be safe.
Yoga..not my favorite but wonderful for the mind and body..get in 5 minutes.
Calf raises...any and all variety...can do these anytime
Dance..at least one song a day. Play your fav song or turn on the radio..does not matter...just dance it out. 20 points
Nutrition...log every thing that goes in that mouth. Whether it is here at spark, a food journal, whatever it is that works and holds you accountable...use it. :) it really is key. 30 points
Bicycle crunches...25 a day ..

Your weekend... 25 pts each

Bonus cardio...got the extra time???? Add to cardio...

Jumping jacks...50. Whatever kind you can..just do your best.
Pushups planks and pull ups ...oh my...try try try...just do your best on it. Trying ..it counts...see how you improve with it this month!! Woohoo!!

War cry....thought that was the challenge???!!! Not quite...read on...:) add these to the battle when ever you can...tally up those points my fierce friends!! 30 points each

Watch a Christmas movie/show. 50 points

Crank up some music for cleaning the house! 100 points

Need to stay warm...wood choppers...Google for correct form..30 points
