Here we are in the month of June! Time for shorts and tanks and all of that skin showing weather!! So let's amp it up a notch or two for the month!

Earn 10 pts for each done unless otherwise stated.

S. strength train daily...alternate those muscles
U. Understand that your body needs rest
M. Make a bingo card Fill in with things to do like 50 jumping jacks, squats, eat right, enough sleep, hula hoop...etc and do it daily as bonus! 50pts
M. Move during tv time...walk in place, hula hoop..just move...50 pts
E. enjoy the weather...get outside!
R. Read a blog. No limit

R read an article...no limit
E eat within your calorie range 50 pts
A aerobics...get that heart rate up
D drink your h 20
Y yes...to fruits and veggies
