Revisiting our two month challenge to put a spin on things during the heat of summer! How is your plan going?? We are going to focus on healthy eating and burning those calories. Each assignment is worth 5 points unless otherwise stated. Please change up your page to reflect the season/ your goals...etc. and earn a bonus of 75 points. Change the profile picture up daily for that easy 10 points! Love that!

Daily calorie and nutrition log..10 points
Stand whenever you can..10 points
Park as far from any entrance as possible..20 points
Drink 64 oz+ of water daily..10 points
No soda...15 points
staying in calorie range...20 points
Stretch before bedtime.. 20 points
No snacking after 7:30 pm...50 points

daily strength..alternate those muscle groups 30 points
