Keep it moving thru November Challenge

It is here already..that time of year all turkeys fear!! LOL!! R U Ready for another month of challenges??!! Let's get busy then!! Christmas is near!!!

I know it is Thanksgiving!! Woohoo!, so...

Enjoy friends and family...30 points
Come up with a new healthier recipe...10points
Walk after the big meal!!! 50 points
Stand when you can...burns more calories 5 points
