Ttl points 3820



Daily must 10 pts each

H2o. 64 oz
Log fitness
Log nutrition
Post on challenge thread a March Emoticon
Sleep 7-8 hours

Daily push 25 points each

Cardio 30 min Can be broken down throughout day
Strength. Alternate muscle groups
Wear a ped. ....every mile earn 10 extra points ..love this!

Daily grind. 10 points each set of 5
Push ups
Planks .. 30 sec hold (25 points each hold)
Crunches
Pull ups
Squats

Final push. 30 points each set.

Jump...rope , in place..etc ... Ho ever long you can do is your set ;)
Sprint ...
Walking push ups
Reverse crunches
Play basketball. 100 points!

As always, change up your profile picture for an easy 5 points daily. Decorate your page for March and earn a fun 75 points. Look for calendar page pictures on the team as extra assignments if you are interested. Points will be posted with the calendar:)
