JUST do it challenge...August 1-September 30 2020.

Ttl points:

Revisiting our two month challenge to put a spin on things during the heat of summer! How is your plan going?? Write a blog about your plan and how itís going for you. Earn 200 points!
We are going to focus on healthy eating and burning those calories. Please change up your page to reflect the season/ your goals...etc. and earn a bonus of100 points. Change the profile picture up daily for that easy 20 points! Love that!

Weigh in weekly....50 points
Daily calorie and nutrition log..10 points
Stand whenever you can..10 points
Park as far from any entrance as possible..20 points
Drink 64 oz+ of water daily..10 points
No soda...15 points
staying in calorie range...20 points
Stretch before bedtime.. 20 points
No snacking after 7:30 pm...50 points
Daily cardio..
Add 5 minutes of cardio..30 points
daily strength..alternate those muscle groups 30 points
Add 5 minutes of strength...20 points
Yoga poses...try some... 15 points

Daily multi vitamin 10 points
Eat a healthy breakfast 50 points
Plan your meals for the week...100 points

Try a new workout...20 points
Post a positive note on another's page...no limit 10 points
Read a blog and comment...no limit 10 points
Eat your fruits and veggies...10 points
Try a new fruit or veggie... 20 points
Wear your sunblock 50 points
