Absolutely! Sometimes that balance is easy to find, and I think moderation helps keep us balanced, but sometimes it's a razor edge. I'm beginning to think the trick is not to get overwhelmed, or maybe, not to allow yourself to get overwhelmed!

Moderation in everything we do and eat.
Staying balanced is a good idea in exercise. Falling would not be pretty.
