I started reading... doing morning pages.

Tomorrow I will begin the food journal. I am interested to know more. I wonder what patterns in my eating habits I will discover. Will this process really allow me to become cognitively aware of how and what I use food for?

I have not started food journal yet. Morning Pages come easy for me and I love writing in the morning , but I think I will have some problems with getting in the habit of a food journal. I am starting to read about it and I already have become aware that I like to eat when I get frustrated which is when I am mad at myself and like to chomp down on something with some bite to it. LOL

I have been doing great with the Morning Pages. I have had trouble being consistent with the walking and the food journaling, but I will focus more on those in the coming weeks. It's good to have the foundation solid, first. Right?

The insights continue to appear which astounds me. Our relationship to food and eating is much more complex than I had ever realized.

Realize my husband has low blood sugar which is why he nibbles through out the day and night. I dont and I dont need to eat some thing just because he does. Breaking that habit

I have finished reading the introduction and the first chapter. I implemented Morning Pages the four questions and journaling today just to get my feet wet. Tomorrow I plan to continue these and also add in the walk before the Morning Pages. I had a great journaling session where I realized that my spouse is more controlling of what food I buy and eat than I had been aware of.
