PICTURE IT!!



You know what I like to do?
I like to close my eyes and picture my next weight. I use what number comes to my mind. For example, this week it has been 163.8. I thought about what my next weight goal should be and it popped in my head, so I stuck with it (it needs to be doable, realistic). I picture that number every day. I imagine myself getting on the scale and seeing that number. I think about how happy and proud I'm going to be when I see it. When I'm walking and don't want to be, I picture that number, and I keep going. When I want to eat after 3pm, I picture that number and keep going. When I'm in a situation where I'm surrounded by bad choices, I picture that number and keep going.

So what is your next weight that you can picture yourself at? Close your eyes and really picture yourself at that weight, what it feels like inside and out. Picture how proud you are, you did it! You reached this goal! Just picture it!
