Hi Kitten! It is SO HARD for me right now! And to top it off ... I used to be an avid runner, but my knees have been hurting and I think I may have some level of osteoarthritis in my left knee. OH MY! And I'm only 44 (soon to be 45).
My suggestion is LOW impact. I like to go on YouTube and pick an exercise that specifically says Low Impact (or apartment friendly). Honestly, if I make it through only 15 minutes ... it's a win!
Also, instead of running, I have started cycling more. And that seems to be helping!
Have you tried any of the YouTube workouts? What about weight exercises? What kind of things have you tried? Walking in the evenings is ALWAYS a great choice too!
