Many pounds, over and over and over again. I am 10 lbs heavier since I started spark 5 years ago. Not discouraged though...my body has been through a lot with two babies, and my metabolism seeming to slow down when I reached a new "age decade". It has been an uphill battle but I am not giving up.

In Nov. 2009 I weighed 190 lbs. and I'd already lost some weight. by the time I joined SP in Feb. 2010, I was down to 170 lbs. Reached my goal weight initially of 120 lbs. in July 2010 and have maintained @ 100 lbs. (4 ft. 10.5 in), since January 2011. I have lost 1/2 of me!

emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon Everyone has done so well!!!!

I got to my highest weight ever...196 lbs....then got down to at least 178 ....then when I found out I had cancer in 2011, couldn't eat anything for 6 mths, I got down to 128 lbs. Unfortunately I'm back up again to 162 lbs. So I'm trying to get myself back down to at least 146 lbs.

My highest weight was 215 - I lost 80 lbs to get down to 135. That was more than 7 years ago. I maintain between 135 and 145 most of the time.

This is from SparkCoach Daily Visual. It is a great motivator.

Picture the amount of weight you've lost so far in a way that you can really visualize itómaybe you've lost a set of 20-pound dumbbells, a few cans of soup or the weight of your dog! Feel the heaviness of that weight and be proud of how far you've come!

Since I started my journey 5 years ago I have lost a small child. A total of 61 pounds. Although I have been struggling for the past few years I have managed to pretty much maintain. I go up and down with 2-10 pounds. My highest recorded weight was 286 and currently at 225.

What have you lost?????
