Let's start stating what we want in our lives....and then going after it! We can do anything we set our minds to...we just have to have faith in ourselves. I have Faith in ALL OF US. Use this thread to say what you're committed to for the day. Your goals don't have to be large, clean the bathroom, do the dishes, eat the right amount of calories for the day, exercise...you get the picture. Let's make a commitment to ourselves, because WE ARE WORTH IT!!!
