We tried the pork tenderloin recipe and loved it. My sister said the mashed potatoes were the creamiest ever. Good day.

I still have plenty of left overs from the first week too so I'm improvising for food for tomorrow. It will be Meg's Fried Chicken for our Memorial day dinner, it sounded appropriate for the holiday. I'll do some veggies and skip the biscuit though.

I spent a lot of time getting a few things done. Today was getting our deck completed. Who knew 3 boards would take 4 hours...wow...we also were burning up some of the wood in our fire pit while we were working, but it is all done. Had the breakfast from the book, no lunch of snacks, and had dinner out with the hubby for our anniversary. I think calorie wise I should still be ok. I never eat a whole meal out, always end up bringing half home.

I also didn't get the shopping done for next weeks meals, but I have leftovers from this week, so I will start on those tomorrow and go shopping in the morning for the needed food, 3 kids in tow, but it has to get done.

Brightest Blessings!

If you put off till tomorrow what you could do today, can you trust yourself to do tomorrow what you couldn't bring yourself to do today?
