I wouldn't say I'm off the wagon but I also didn't get to the store to buy this week's food items and I still had so much chicken left that I used it up and still froze quite a bit of it. I fixed some of the menu options from week 1 that I didn't get to the first week or repeated a few successes. I think I need a week or two just to try all the snacks. I can't eat the full 1500 calories so I've skipped 1 snack a day and some seem so yummy...well not the light beer but I'm sure it worked for someone. LOL

Hi All,

I haven't completly fallen off the wagon - just have not had a chance to get on to these boards. I am still following the book as closely as possible, and have been at the gym 5 days last week and just came back from day 4 this week.

Last weekend was extremely busy with both a dance competition and my eldests grad dinner and dance, followed by an all night dry grad finishing off with us parents going in to the school to cook them breakfast in the wee hours. Soo Glad I was able to be there and see them in all through sleepy glory ;)

I just came home from the gym where they had a customer appreciation party going on. I took in a circuit demo class - 35 minutes of circuit training and an elliptical demo class - 45 minutes on the elliptical. Both had me doing excercises/pushing myself where i wouldn't have otherwise. I went with a girlfriend and by the time we left ( we were on a roll so we put in some more time on the bike and spent a good amount of time stretching) we were 2.5 hours exercising and we both enjoyed it!

Here's to everyone still moving forward!

There may be some confusion as there is another group 2 out there. they started this week but call themselves group two instead of group 3.

I have been following the food schedule as best I can. My hubby is retired and since I work he has been cooking dinner for us. Hard habit for him to break, but it means I have to adjust my food. Fortunately, he broils either the chicken or pork steaks, or fish. Unfortunately, his favorite vegetable is potato. I think I have him convinced that I don't need to eat one every time he doesl

I'll be back from holiday on Sunday and then start again. I tend not to follow all the food plans and substitute other healthy options but do want to get back on track with the exercise routines.

Seems like we lost quite a few members of this team along the way. Falling off the wagon does not have to be the end of the world, or a restart. Just climb back on and keep moving.

I am not following the meals this week, but taking queue from last weeks menu to make this weeks meals on my own. I never got out to grocery shop for this weeks food, so I don't have what I need, but that isn't stopping me.

Hope you can all get back on the wagon with us soon...even if you restart from day 1.

Brightest Blessings!
