This month we will be walking & doing strength training. Everybody's level of fitness is different, so if you're not able to do the daily task, just modify it to your capabilities. As long as you're doing "something" to improve your health, you're a winner! Just copy & paste the scorecard below and come back every day (or as often as you can) and post if you did the daily task.
