My question was really about if you wanted just one post per person edited for each update, or if you expected to get a new post every update. Most challenges of this sort I've been in, the leader prefers just one post that we edit for the updates. That way is kind of nice as you don't get so many, and it's easier to keep in touch with others' progress as it's always there in their post.

You can do it however you want. If you want to do it weekly or just every time you log your fitness daily that is fine it is up to you. This will be Lots of Fun!

I am going to create a fun challenge this one is to last for the next 90 days. This is how it will go! We are going to be leaving Miami and cruising to the Bahamas then Turks and Caicos and San juan puerto Rico and finishing up in key west. on your exercise. This is aprox 2035 miles! We will calculate your minutes of exercise as 1 mile so if you did 30 minutes you can credit yourself for 30 miles.
Remember this is three months starting july 1 and ending in October 1. So basically you would have to exercise 22 minutes a day or 2.8 hours a week. We all can do that! So I will meet you at the pier at the Port of Miami for our cruise to somewhere, hopefully a smaller dress size!
