I have a lot of those which is great when I wanted anti inflammatory foods ... hmm then again I must be doing and having a lot that causes it as well,or these foods would have more impact. Haven't worked out cooking kale myself yet, and walnuts don't agree with me - but love almonds, avocado, blueberries and sweet potato
