I am setting up a forum just for tracking sodium intake. I find it is easier to have a monthly format. You may do this however you need to. I like having all the information in one place.

So just copy the monthly template into a message, then when you post the sodium results, just go to the message you created, edit it, post and then save it. You can post other information, comments, foods that had more sodium in it, or foods that were less.

Remember ADA recommends no more than 2300mg sodium per day, and if you have heart problems, blood pressure, Meniere's, vertigo etc. The recommendation is no more than 1,500 mg. Check with your doctor, because these guidelines may not apply to you!
