3 meals,
Breakfast =Low fat milk &oatmeal, boiled egg, apple. Lunch=, banana, salad with cabbage, carrots, onion zesty Italian dressing,1 slice rye toast, lean pork, 1/2 orange. Dinner = beans and brown rice with green chili salsa.1 Tbs. diced red tomato slice .(1/2 banana and walnuts& 2 cookies for dessert.) No snacks.




One day at a time.

So far just a bran muffin for breakfast, fruit salad planned for lunch. We'll be having company for dinner so that might be a problem Hopefully, a big salad will help me with portion control for the rest of the meal.
