As my life changes and I transition into new things I want to shape my goals to fit where I see myself 10...20 and 30 years from now. So here are my 2015 Goals. Please share yours with the group. Not resolutions!!! These are goals that you will begin to commit to in 2015 so your lifestyle change/journey continues. These are not things you just want to do for the year but things that will begin in 2015 and follow you for the rest of your life. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

My 2015 Health and Fitness Goals:

Complete 2,015 miles by December 31, 2015
Complete my first 10K in under 2 hours
Complete 30 Virtual 5K's
Complete 4 Virtual 10K's
Run 1 mile without stopping by June 1, 2015
Run 3 miles without stopping by December 31, 2015
Break out of the 200's by December 31, 2015
Drink a gallon of water daily
Commit to Meatless Mondays for the year
Commit to Gluten Free for the year
Commit to being kind to myself
Commit to no soda's
Work on not letting peoples words and bullying make me feel inferior
Learn to accept my body for what it is
Learn to trust the process
Commit to not giving up after one bad day
Turn to my Fit Warriors and HC's during times of depression or when I have a low moment
Learn to take a compliment and simply say THANK YOU
Learn to not be upset when family calls me selfish for taking time for myself to get healthy
Sign up for a Tough Mudder to be completed in 2016
Sign up for a Zombie Run to be completed in 2016
Sign up for a Half Marathon to be completed in 2016
Log my food daily
Log my exercise daily
Love myself
