I need to do something because i am really struggling lately and if I post this on some threads people get irritated if your bring them down and to say i am binge free every day would be a lie. I need accountability, to bellyache once in a while, to vent and just be me.

Awesome! I'll Keep in touch here! I've done my 30 day shred workout everyday this week and have managed tO curb my bingeing ... Although not an easy feat! I did overdo it Saturday night when I went out for wine and cheese and bread..... Probably 1000 calories over, but was back on track yesterday. I lost 2.2 lbs this week /:). Tonight will be my challenge going out for dinner for a work function ! Not sure of my strategy yet!!!!

You might also post this on a couple of other threads that seem more active because not all our active members (who might be willing to be a buddy) are signed up to receive new thread postings.

Remember, too, that our goal on the team is to become binge free. Often, targeting weight loss ends up delaying our ability to manage binges, even though eventually managing binges can lead to weight loss.

I would love/need a buddy to check in with everyday and hold myself accountable! I'm 34, I'm a busy mom of 2 and I work full time. I need to lose about 20lbs.!
