My accomplishments yesterday (it's early morning here) were tidying our living room (it was a mess!), vacuuming, and washing the dishes. AND it was my third day of not eating sugar.

I haven't binged/purged for two days. It might not sound like much but for me it's amazing. :) I also have stayed within my calorie range for those two days as well. :):)

Good for you Iremia!!!

My accomplishment for today is doing a good interview even though I was feeling dead tired, and visiting the vet with my husband and hopefulle getting a few answers that may work with our dog.

YAY Leanna!

It's nearly noon here and so far this morning I washed the dishes, sorted the laundry and did some decluttering of the bedroom...

emoticon Julie!

I took an extra walk today, walking for a total of 44 minutes. The weather was lovely!
Cooked a healthy meal for supper. Managed to have a good day even though I'd only slept for 4 hours last night - took a 2 hour nap!

Ate healthfully after blowing it yesterday. (Old behavior would be to take several days to get back on track.) Also exercised 70 minutes.

Walked to a friend's house today instead of biking: 34 minutes of walking.
Took a 28 minute bike ride.
I took a nap because I needed one, though I did not feel like it.
Prepared for a workshop I'm giving tomorrow.

I feel like I actually accomplished something today! I stuck to my food plan without going over. I did 45 minutes of strength training this morning and walked my dogs for an hour and a half this afternoon! It's been a long time since I've pulled myself out of a rut to do that! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I like especially that most of the accomplishments are not food related. One of the problems for bingers is that so much of their focus in life is on eating, when life is so much bigger than that.

But I haven't accomplished much today besides writing on Spark! But it's also only 7 a.m.

So far today my accomplishments are that I washed the dishes and cleaned (part of) the kitchen.
Did some of my 'medical exercises', and wrote out the exercises that I got from my physiotherapist, to hang on my wall so I will do them more often.

My accomplishments today were going to a Healing Tao class that my friend is teaching. I took the bike to get there: a total of 37 minutes of biking (in the freezing cold!).

I went to meet a gym instructor today to inquire about the possibility of joining that gym. It's in a physiotherapist's center and the instructors are fysiotherapists. I hope to be able to do strength training there with less (or hopefully, NO) risk of injuries.

And I went on foot to the store instead of per bike which gave me 18 extra minutes of walking.

Great idea Christa!

1. I went out last night, even though I binged. Instead of holing myself up and eating more, I went, saw live music and had a great time. And realized no one knew or cared what I had eaten.
2. Despite feeling sick this morning, I did yoga, took spin, and walked outside in the cold.
3. I said yes to many social engagements. I had created a ridiculous rule that I have to be binge free for 21 days before I'm allowed to socialize and have fun. But firstly this is backfiring, and secondly the ultimate goal is to live, say yes to everything, and not binge while living life. Isn't this the way we all want to live? So I said yes to parties!

Post your accomplishments of today. Could be anything, it does not have to be food- related. Any litle thing you do to take care of yourself, of your health, your future, your wellbeing counts!
Sometimes just getting out of bed and taking a shower is an accomplishment! Sometimes just making a healthy breakfast is a big step.
Don't hesitate to post whatever effort you made!
