You're welcome. Another suggestion is to start a sparkpage asap and start blogging daily about your journey with weight and food. If you also post comments on blogs of other people (you can find them on this team page) you will soon make friends and feel supported!

I don't know if you are getting much of a response, as I don't know how many members get alerts about new posts in general. Those who are active on particular threads sometimes hear only about those threads. If you aren't hearing from anyone, consider posting on the 21-day thread just to let more people know. I invite you to do that on any thread that you see has a fair amount of activity.

I wish I were more reliable these days! I've had to shift my allotment of time in recent months, though food sanity is still central in my life.

I'm really struggling with planning my meals each day and staying on track. When I participated in Overeaters Anonymous several years ago, i "checked in" with my sponsor each morning and gave her my food plan. It really helped me avoid binges and stick to my food plan. I would love to find a "buddy" that I can do this with and also reciprocate (ie: we could email each other the day's food plan). Anyone else think this would be helpful for them? Feel free to send private message if you are interested.
