2015 Goals:
1. Loss 20 lbs by June 25th (the due date of my 1st Grandbaby)
2. Travel to Seattle and spend 4 weeks with the baby
3. Make time for attending family events . . .showers and weddings
4. Run/Walk 5 5K races and reach a new PR in at least one
5. Strength train 2x per week
There may be more be I can't fully define any right now.

Even though the New Year is here . . . we aren't home right now so the strength training doesn't begin until next week.

2015 Goals:

1. Maintain weight in the 175-180 pound range
2. Strength train 3x/week
3. Run 3x/week
4. Rest 1x/week
5. Running goals (besides running 3x/week):
a. Run at least one half marathon race (signed up for 3/22 half already). Stretch goal run in the Tucson Half Marathon on 12/6
b. Run at least three 10K races
c. Run a race in a new state (Ive run races in DE, AZ, and PA so far MD or NJ would be easy ones to add)
6. Learn to play my guitar
7. Learn how to meditate
8. Attend my 40th high school class reunion
9. Declutter!
10. Procrastinate less!

Hello fellow IBM'ers,

Created a new forum for this team -- Team Challenges -- and the first topic is this one -- 2015 goals. I'll post mine later this week, but if you feel so moved, go ahead and post yours! Below is what mine were for 2014 on another team I moderate (as an example):

"- Maintain weight in the 170 - 179 lb range (a little off on that one now, but I am confident I'll get into the range very soon).
- Minimum of 60 minutes of any exercise daily.
- 40 minutes of "intense" exercise (running, strength training) 5x/week.
- Running goals:
- one competitive race each month
- 600 miles of running (11.54 miles per week)
- and yes, one of my competitive races will be a 10K this year!
- Work with DW to establish realistic and shared financial goals for 2014
- Make at least two new wines, and learn more about the craft of wine making through books and interacting with local winery professionals
- Plan and cook at least two dinners at home each week (we are notorious for doing takeout!)
- Set plans for a March 2015 vacation in Jamaica
- Explore new job opportunities within my company, with an emphasis on finding a position that best suits my overall strengths.
- Also explore new job opportunities outside my company.
- Run cordless toothbrush for the entire cycle!
- BALANCE! "
