My smoothie for breakfast and my lunch coleslaw homemade with shredded cabbage, carrot, small boiled potato cut up, 1 boiled egg cut up, small tin of John West red Salmon, onion, garlic olive oil and apple cider vinegar.

his morning I had my shake which consisted of:

1/2 punnet of strawberries, 1 kiwi fruit, About a cup of baby spinach leaves from my pot where it is growing, 1 stick of celery, bunch of fresh parsley, fresh oregano herb from garden and 2 fresh basil leaves. I mixed it together with a cup of organic oat milk and a few ice cubes to make it cold in my Nutri Ninja blender with auto IQ that I have.

I love my blender. One of the best investments of money I've spent.

As I am writing this just realised I forgot to add my chia seeds I wanted to add or well I can add them tomorrow!
