Thanks Julia. I will have to check out those Whole tones series by Michael S Tyrell. I've heard of them before but never actually checked them out.

Cool idea! I am actually thinking I had some links saved years ago on my gmail - and I've been mindfully trying to delete the debris! I've gotten it from 107% over the storage limits (they are trying their bests to get me to pay for extra storage.) down to 99%. So I'll look for it too.

Usually those things are stressful because I don't have a talking head to lipread and I get less than 30-40% of the words. So usually I end up with listening to soothing non-verbal music, like the WholeTones series by Michael S Tyrrell.

I thought it could be a great idea to have an area to share information on mediation and mindfulness. Plus perhaps some guided meditations to do daily.

I'll do my best to share as much as I can but if anyone else has something to share either information / guided meditation and the like. Please feel free to do so. I'm only human with only some much time and we can all help each other.
