I did my arthritic osteoarthritis knee and hip exercises (stretches) from healthline.com.

Then I did two Leslie workouts from YouTube:

I did a DVD today, Leslie Sansone's Super Fat Burning 3 Miles:(2 lbs)

I never had her weighted balls (water-filled) I have always used 2 lb. dumbbells.
For her bicep curl and overhead press I used 3 lb ones.

SO I did everything on YouTube today, and NO squats or reverse lunges even:

I did NOT do the crazy eagle taking off one in the Lumowell workout. I used both 3 and 2 pound free weights but more the 2 than the 3 today. My knee was bothering both before and after my workout, which is why I am minimizing how long and how much I am working my knee.

This deviates slightly from my "New" workout plan because it doesn't include the stationary bike, but it does include something I need to do MORE of, weights.

I added two new workouts to my Track Your Fitness page: one was a free weight (dumbbell) "class" with a virtual person from Amazon Prime and the other was a Leslie Sansone workout which I think has just been recently added to YouTube, at any rate it is "new" for me.

1) Lumowell Full Body Workout with Dumbbells, which was 2 sets of lifting with basically squats. I used a 3 lb weight for the first set and then somewhere in the 2nd set I stopped using weights for 1 exercise and then resumed using 2 lbs. It's recommended to do this "3x a week to get instant benefits" and I am sure going to try! I did wonder if I could have warmed up first, before doing the squats. I do squats just fine without holding onto weights or holding weights in a Leslie Sansone workout, but these exercises were faster.

2) From YouTube, I did "Tuesday | FAST Walking in 30 minutes | Fitness Videos" by Leslie Sansone, apparently it's from her Miracle Miles set. I did modify her workouts on account of my permanently bum knee, especially I did not do her "boosting" (which is jogging) and I do not do side lunges. Because it is much faster paced than what I usually do, I decided that I burned 120 calories per mile rather than just 100. Leslie gives an interview in an article that is here on SP that explains this. I would like to do this workout more often to get better at it, but whether I am capable all the time or not, we shall see.. My knee is sore right now, I will see how it feels tomorrow.

3) Because I am new to the Leslie workout, the cool down in the video wasn't enough and I then did her 6 minute Cool Down Walk on You Tube, after first walking around and waiting for my pulse to come down.

I feel that today I elevated my heart rate in a good way and also worked on strengthening.

There's been a new Leslie Sansone addition to YouTube called "1 Mile/Walk At Home" ; I would categorize it as basic and beginner. I did it first before using my recumbent bike, and I considered it took the place of stretching prior to biking.

So I did the new YouTube Leslie workout and it was:
