You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.

Mistakes are the portals of discovery.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

Good Sensational Saturday Morning Team!

Kimberly it's so great! having a motivator like yourself, you really do encourage me and thanks for explaining the challenge step by step & also how to huddle. I am so excited about this, I just hope that the enthusiasm that I have will last. Kimberly is a 5k equal to 3 miles? I think that I am going to sign up with a local walking team to do a 3 mile walk once a month.

I am exercising and drinking lots of water. Haven't been able to master huddling everyday but will work on it.

I'm geting very into it. I have a 20 oz water bottle. already drank it once and it is only 9 am. that's 2 and a half cups in one shot. it's that easy! I did squats in my office yesterday, so i am trying to find ways to sneak in excersize :) I also finally made it to the bottom of the page where we log in our food intake. and there was my grocery list for the week and meal plans i could print out.I love this site!

Everyone has done such a great job so far of joining us and creating their own Spark Pages. You guys are doing a great job so far! Keep up the good work.

This week's assignments, if you choose to accept them, are as follows:

*Continue to exercise. If you haven't done any this week, commit to doing at least one session in the coming week.
*Drink water!!!! It will keep you running back and forth between the world and the bathroom, but it is so good for you. Track your water intake on your nutrition tracker. There is a little glass of water at the top of the page with arrows that go up and down. As you drink your water, the little glass fills. Make your glass splash over!
Here's a little secret: A glass of water is only 8 oz. Most household glasses are 16 ounces are more, so they're considered 2 glasses of water. Make sure you're not cheating yourself! Count all the water you're drinking.
* Huddle with this team daily. Here's how: When you click on the BHCAB page, you'll see our group's picture (the hair pic). Underneath, you will see a scrolling marquee. It usually says something like Prettface7 says: Go Team. Underneath, you will see an orange button that says "View Huddle Wall, Huddle Now." Click that. You'll see the option to type in your own message, or select one from a bank. Find the message you want to share with us, from "I'm making progress!" to "I need support!" There. You're done. Good Job!!!


That's it. I know it sounds like a lot, but you can do it!
