Drinking my 12 cups of water is what I did today.

Sorry I missed yesterday, Rescued Dog Lovers! My job has been NUTS for the last two weeks.

Today's Challenge is to START A HEALTHY HABIT. Today, pick a habit that you want to develop and that you can focus on for the next month. It could be one of our challenges or not, but some ideas I can think of off the top of my head include:

1. Not eating after dinner
2. Going to bed half an hour earlier
3. Exercising daily
4. Meditating
5. Getting 10,000 steps a day
6. Getting 8 cups of water a day
7. Your idea!

Let us know what habit you choose!

I'm going to choose not eating between meals.

I'm 4'10.5". A normal BMI for my height tops out at 121.
