This is a challenge to lose 5lbs at a time, hence the name "5 lb Challenge"

Anyone can join at any time. Just copy and paste (All that is here) and add your name to the list. Update your weight as often as you like. When someone loses 5lbs we will start all over again to see who will be the next Big Loser. GOOD LUCK!
