I will answer your question her, but it you go there community page and observe the topics you see what to do. Just click on it and read. For information you should check in on the Discussion Board and read what others are saying. You can ask questions there get lots of information.

You need to join a team, if you have not already done so. When the challenge starts, you will be exercising as you want. The max minutes per day will be 120. There will also be what we call Living the Good Life challenge each week where you will be doing something that helps you live a good healthy life.

All this is on the page, must take the time to read it. Hope this helps some.

Got to Start at the top. Scroll down to community. Click the Spark America Team Bonus Points tab and click on flags to get points. It's a trend, not a design intent, that people post the outcome on team walls.

Hi all!
I've been on SP for a while, but not as dedicated as I should be, so I've regained five hard lost pounds. :-( So I think I want to do the 5% challenge, but I can't seem to find the "instructions." Are we just to work on losing 5% by ourselves or are there challenges and such?

Also, I see people posting "points" for their teams. How do I get some for us?
