1. My Magic Bullet. I just got it and don't know how I survived without it. I make "milkshakes" without the milk or shake emoticon I use frozen fruit and greek yogurt.

2. Crock Pot. I use it at least to or three times a week to throw meat in and a few veggies. Pulled pork, chicken, etc. Pot roast (chuck roast and a can of onion soup), throw carrots on top. Cover and don't open again for 5-6 hours (on high). Yumm

3. Microwave. To cook frozen vegetables in the steaming bags. Or heat up leftovers, mainly.

Microwave - steaming vegetables, making oatmeal, reheating leftovers for lunches

Magic Bullet - grinding oats into oat flour, chopping nuts and dried fruit for my oatmeal

Oster smoothie blender - makes a smoothie right in the portable bottle so there is less mess. I put the ingredients together the night before to save time in the morning.

What are your 3 most used small kitchen appliances? What do you make with them? Why do you like them?

crock pot, i make all kinds of meals in it, because it's easy to put stuff in it in the morning and then come home to a hot, already cooked, delicious meal.

coffee maker, coffee, because coffee.

toaster oven, heating and toasting foods and breads, because it heats quicker and uses less energy than my main oven for smaller or small quantity of foods.

I start the day with a cup of tea - water heated in the microwave. In about an hour I have a cup of coffee so even though DH made the coffee I do drink it. Last would be the toaster and that gets used a few times a week.

crock pot

There is a timer on the coffee maker so the coffee is set up the night before and starts to brew early in the morning.

Microwave usually for warming food or cooking vegetables.

Crock pot for soups, stews or when we have company for a casserole.

Toaster - love fresh toast with my breakfast!

Kitchenaid Machine - to make bread dough, cakes, cookies, whipped cream etc. I don't use it for the small stuff, but if I have more than I can do by hand, I love it.

Crock pot - Cook most of my meats in it, some soups. Great for those with fatigue and health issues who struggle to have the energy to cook.

Toaster oven - replaces microwave and does most of my reheating leftovers and baking in small portions for me.

Blender - Grinds ice to make my almost daily chocolate fix - ice, water to cover, 15 calorie tsp of unsweetened cocoa, couple drops of almond or vanilla extract and 1 skimpy tsp stevia blend. Used to make it with almond milk instead of water but gradually got used to the taste of just water and dropped the extra calories. Being sugar free, gluten free, I don't have a lot of options for chocolate and this satisfies me.

Edit: If anyone tries the chocolate slushie, grate the ice first, then add the cocoa, extract and sweetening and barely blend it on low, unless you like a lot of foam.

Microwave- it is to melt or heat up. I do not use it to cook
Food Processor- I literally just brought this out for Thanksgiving & plan to keep it out to use regularly

that is actually all i have lol. I did just get the spiral attachment for my KitchenAid so that will be my third I guess and I plan to make all kinds of spiral veggies!

Coffee pot - Gotta start the day with a cup!

Foreman grill - we do not eat very much meat - so this is the quickest and easiest way to fix what we do eat - mostly chicken breasts and steaks.

Toaster - for my morning toast.

And have to add a 4th - the microwave - have been surprised at all that can be fixed in it!

Apple Cutter - I cut apples with them. I like it because it encourages me to eat more apples because their easier to eat and there's a cost savings. I could buy apples already sliced and packaged. But, they're not as fresh, they're more costly and they've usually been preserved which means chemical exposure that I could do without.

Microwave Oven - I use it to cook and reheat. It saves me time and energy costs.

Blender - I use it primarily to make smoothies. Smoothies are an easy way for me to boost nutritional intake, especially protein and fiber. Sometimes a smoothie is a meal replacer.

Microwave - mostly for reheating leftovers

Mixer - for baking

Quesadilla Maker - love to chicken quesadillas and it's much healthier to make them with the quesadilla maker. You can make any kind you want.

Coffee grinder. We know I'm a coffee addict!
Microwave (does this count?) I make just about everything I make in the microwave. I don't cook really.

Coffee maker (we have a regular drip coffee maker, a Keurig, and an Espresso machine - we love coffee), toaster because I prefer my bread toasted almost always, and microwave to heat up left overs quickly.

I use my spice grinder for fresh cinnamon, cumin, making oat flour-- LOTS of applications. I think the only other kitchen appliances I have are my food processor and pressure cooker. The pressure cooker makes cooking dried beans breezy, and I use it to can anything I've cooked in bulk. It's also the biggest pot I have so is often used as a soup pot. I make mayo in the food processor, recently made hummus, used it to mill some almonds for a custard crust at Thanksgiving, used it to stir tahini that had settled/separated on the grocery store shelf.

Edit: Oh, I hadn't considered the coffeemaker, which I use daily, or my microwave, which I rarely use. I also own a meat thermometer. I guess I own more food gadgets than I realized!
