I am not new to Spark, and I already set up my spark page and joined my teams. Catching up on all the other stuff too. This time, I hope, I stay here and not give up and finally lose some weight and improve health issues. Have a great day. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Look at the orange bar across the top of any page. Click "My Trackers." In the drop bar near the bottom click "Spark Points."

Scroll down to One Time Only Points and you will find Create a Spark Page. This is a very important task to complete. This is one way you are able to connect other Sparkers and get the support and inspiration we all need as we travel our healthy lifestyle journeys.
It is here that others can leave you messages and goodies and get to know you. You need to make sure that your page is public in order for this to happen.

Complete directions on how to make your spark page public:
Click on Spark Page Settings.
In the upper right hand corner beside the color wheel
make sure the first two boxes under "Options" are not checked.
They are
Only allow my Spark Friends to see my page
and
Turn my page offline
If either has a check, click on the box to remove the check.
Then click "Save Changes."

SparkPeople is online, so do not put private information on your page. This is just general internet safety.
