I needed a much lighter workout today than yesterday. Everything counts. I did one of my earlier DVDS of Leslie Sansone that is at a slower pace (no boosting today). I did Days 2,3, and 1 from her 5 Day Slim Down, A Mile Each Morning.

Today we enjoyed a 45 minute brisk walk on the legendary Steve Prefontaine trail of Eugene, Oregon ( our city) .... a beautiful walk by the river ....
