Somehow, despite my complete lack of motivation, I have managed to get at least 45 minutes a day this week of intentional exercise. It back to work Friday for me so I am sure to reach my Fitbit goal and then some as in retail the only sit down time I get is my 15 minute nightly break.

Being positive is a choice. My Mantra: “Every day may not be good, but there is something good in every day." Each morning seek the positive and you will have a good day. Always remember, “Your only competition is YOU.”

I walk 2-4 miles daily as well as getting in a minimum of 30 minutes of intentional exercise daily.

Got to get moving so I can get it in before work this evening. :)

You go Jan! I am sticking with my streak with riding my indoor bike! So far 1 month strong of 5 min or more on it 5 days a week! I am sticking with the 30 min a day too of exercise-whether it be-cardio, ST, stretching or housework.

35 minutes of cardio on Thanksgiving.
Dr. appointment yesterday, got that big splint off, and a _molded splint of my finger made and placed on. However, now (I feel more pain as the finger isn't wrapped up. Dr. says still no lifting or pulling with that hand. So now arm strength exercise or band workouts. Will start stretching again in couple of days. One day of simple PT a week until I see DR. mid January again. If healed then pin removal and more therapy.

Have had to take a pause since being sick. Really want to get back to feeling well so
I can get activity in.
